Agreed - management needs to understand that another year of losing, but talking about how the underlying stats say that they're actually a good team despite all the losing, will not be tolerated.

BP talks about a project he had to put together as part of the interview. The project was presenting what needs to be fixed. 3 things;
1) Power play
2) Not playing from behind (good starts)
