Bah! You guys are hopeless!
Here's an idea: Instead of spending your money, you can all come over to my cow-dung hut, enjoy some organic cashews and we can play charades. Yay!
Listen guys, your Michael Bolton cds, leather vests and speedos can all wait until tomorrow.
And try to wait until at least midnight to purchase that prostitute...

simply making up for it by buying more the day after does absolutely nothing.
you need to convince people that they actually don't need all this extra stuff for this to do anything...

True, very true.
In fact, Michael Bolton sucks, don't forget what happened to Harper after he wore a leather vest to the Stampede, and trust me, on behalf of the entire female race, don't buy the speedo.

Damn, I forgot and went and and bought a dozen threaded insert nuts. But I also returned merchandise today worth about $60 more than what I bought. So am I still good? I mean technically, I've done better than buying nothing, I've actually bought a negative amount of stuff.

If I was out last night and bought drinks after midnight, does that count?
If not, I should be good for a buy nothing day

If you guys are interested in buying Speedos, I just took a bunch of my old ones to Value Village, so you'll get a good deal. They're lime green, a bit faded and sagging, but otherwise good to go.

Hey, don't speak for us all. On the right man, a speedo can look quite alluring.

hmmmm... I think we can make it a fiscal Buy Nothing Day... that way you're all good... as long as you don't buy drinks tonight.
That might prove to be difficult for me, I'm thinking of running home and picking up some alcohol I have and sneaking it into the pub we're going to tonight... Hey, who needs class on Buy Nothing Day? Or in Igottago's case, anyday?

What if I go to a stag and don't pay the stripper until after midnight, even though she's rendered services before then? Is that OK?
