Outside of Phillips - I don't think this is true.
If these guys weren't Flames prospects you'd never have heard of them or thought they were doing better or worse than any other prospects. I think you can say they haven't busted yet, but they are just normal prospects putting up normal prospect things.
Now if you want a guy from 2016 who's wildly exceeded expectations - how about this guy with New Jersey -
