No.... But it is curious that even after a team win you go out of your way to bash Bennett.

Bennett has looked just fine the past few games. He's been a driving factor to that line and the chances they generate.

Patience is a virtue...

I’d switch up Tkachuk and Bennett for one game as I think Tkachuk’s pace matches and compliments Jagr’s game more - they looked dangerous together on the PP. I know the MMM line is solid but it wouldn’t hurt to try and spread the wealth in order to spark that third line and hopefully give Benny a spark too.

Something like

Gaudreau - Monahan - Ferland
Bennett - Backlund - Frolik
Tkachuk - Jankowski - Jagr
Hathaway - Lazar - Brouwer
F. Hamilton

Seeing Stajan tonight all but confirmed that we need to move on from him; F. Hamilton didn’t do badly but we need to reward Hathaway and see the jam he brings to the lineup again IMO. This is of course if Versteeg is day to day or longer.

My thought exactly. If you went that way, Brouwer is moving up, or Versteeg if he's healthy. Neither is ideal.

Not good.
Is the hate on Bennett really extending to two freak accidents now? I get that his stats are down and I know that he's frustrating, but please give it a rest

Whoever's feeling it that game. Brouwer maybe, Versteeg. Just go with the flow man.

I feel that he is just another Where ru Chris O'Sullivan type who fixates on a player he hates, which boggle my mind and wonder what did Bennett do to him.

I'm just watching him closely trying to figure out what the hell is going wrong. The more you watch the uglier it gets.

Anyway, I'll lay off Bennett if he's deemed a sacred cow.

Just brought it up because nobody's mentioned it. But two games on a row colliding with your linemate and that linemate shaking his head after? Seems like a notable point of discussion no?

Really enjoying this McKinnon interview. Seems like a great guy. Humble and a good sense of humour - total Maritimer.

Fantastic game tonight. I thought all the D played well, Top 3 lines were rolling, and Rittich was solid. Good pace and fun game to watch. Amazing what Tkachuk plays through, he takes a lot of abuse out there but is so effective on every shift.

Honestly, the team needs to move on from all three of those 4th line centres. And this was a decent game from both Stajan and Freddie.

I think they'll probably ride and rotate this group of three 4th line centres in and out till the end of the season.

That sounds interesting. Hey, powers that be........here's a good suggestion!
Jankowski is really starting to look comfortable.

Seems like an event type that intrigues you. Can you recall the 2 avs players that collided heavily tonight?
