To add insult to injury Kesler also got the extra 2 minutes for roughing. He had it coming that's for sure.

At the time of the fight Arizona was being out shot 18-2 in Anaheim. Hopefully they aren't starting off one of their hot streaks at home.

Sucks for Montoya, but you have to leave him in. The whole point is to rest Price, not put him in a meaningless game at that point. Once it gets out of hand like this, the backup has to understand he had a bad game, finish it up strong. As opposed to have a bad game and the starter doesn't get his night off as well.

Loved the Kesler fight.

Do you actually believe that Habernac was at all serious in his post or are you just super excited to sound pontifical?

Saying you wish a coach has a stroke is an extremely stupid, classless thing to say whether he was serious or not. So no I don't think he truly wants the coach to have a stroke on the bench but it was a stupid comment and deserved to be called out on.

Apparently not according to Ryan Miller, who had this to say about the Habs fan base a couple days ago.

Oh man, Domi one-punching Kesler was almost as good as Kane KO'ing Cooke.

Love the way he ended up afterwards:

Don't know why people are assuming no one asked Montoya if he was good to stay in or wanted out. Possible he just took one for the team there, voluntarily, knowing they were on a back to back.

10-0 isn't just a goaltender failure...it is a TEAM D failure...shame on the Habs, bad reflection on Therrien, one of the worst coaches in the NHL, IMO...the irony, to me, is that the BJs have THE worst coach in the NHL, Torts.

BTW...10-0 matches the worst loss in Habs' history...

The Habs are a one man team. This isn't a small sample size either. They were one of the better teams and literally turned into a 30th team after Price's injury last season.
Despite the hype over Weber Montreal has the slowest D in the NHl which is a killer.
