At worst this makes it a closer win for Hillary. This isn't going to tip the scales in Don's favour, maybe just keep a couple battleground states for him. Lost in the furor will be that these "new" emails aren't from her private server which was the entire issue. Just getting the smear out there was enough.
I'm almost giddy to see what's left in Hillary's oppo folder to hit Trump with. The next 10 days are going to be insane.

Who is it exactly that was going to vote (and vote for Clinton) before but will now decide, since the FBI is reviewing something now stated to be unrelated to her private server, not to vote?
Regardless, in a few hours it's gone from FBI Reopening Investigation -> FBI Reviewing New Emails -> FBI Reviewing New Emails Not From Private Server.
Seems more like a slow news cycle trying to fill the void. I wouldn't be surprised if this is gone in 24 hours. Less if the Clinton Campaign decides to do an Oppo Research Drop (presuming they have one available).
Edit: Wait... whatever this is comes from an investigation into Weiner's dick pics? Oh good grief, this is stupid.
