CNN now has the story,

Right, but that's not what the letter says. And if the the tweets above are correct the case wasn't closed.

In either case CNN and lots of other media are incorrectly saying the investigation was reopened, likely because a congressman said so when it wasn't true.

EDIT: Quite a number of articles I read earlier have been changed from saying "reopened" to just saying that some new emails are being reviewed.

I don't think it moves the needle.

1: Will this move white women/african-americans/hispanics to Trump? Almost certainly not IMO.

2: Trump already had the people that think it's a ballot issue.

It's like the groping allegations against Trump. They didn't really move the needle against Trump in the polls because the Access Hollywood tape already moved those.
