Side Note:
If they want it to appear like a real World Cup, the penalty calls, goals, etc, should be called in the languages of the two teams playing IMO.

It's so unnecessary. The vast majority of these players play and live in NA, and I'm sure that 99% speak English. I honestly don't think any one of them cares in the least.
