yes.

As it stands Canada and Germany would be lined up to meet again in the semis.
Most likely USA-Brazil in the other semi

The game is now apparently on the main station as well, and yes, there is commentary.

I don't recall ever experiencing so much trouble navigating the broadcast coverage before this year. It was excellent in the London 2012 games.

It's been challenging trying to figure out what channel things are going to be on for sure. Moving the soccer game at half is bizarre and frustrating for sure.

Germany probably would be happy with a tie, but losing could drop them to third in our group and put them against Brazil or USA in the quarter finals.

According to the announcers Germany needs at least a point to guarantee their spot in the next round so they should at least be trying to tie the game. Losing it and they might be out so risky risky scenario there.

Australia are up 6-0 with 20 minutes to go

Australia are currently 4 points and +4 (8-4)
Germany are currently 4 points and +4 (9-5)

Aussies need another goal.

I was wondering why half time seemed so long and I figured they would go back to soccer once half time was done. I changed the channel and noticed I missed about 10 minutes of the second half. I don't think TSN mentioned that they were moving the broadcast to a different channel.

I also don't understand why the CBC feed doesn't have commentary but the TSN feed does? Weird and annoying

Canada plays France (most likely). Germany plays the winner of China-Sweden
If the Aussies had won by 7, Germany would have had to play USA or Brazil (which the Aussie will have to now)
