I'm pretty much hyperventilating right now if that is the case. Last night was so awesome I just checked ticketmaster this morning to see if there were any single seats to go again tomorrow night. I thought I may as well look for 2 seats just to see if anything was available... and 2 in PL BOX came up. OMGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

I think I might buy tickets off of Stubhub and go again. It would just mean so much to experience it again with a different song list. (please Aeneas grant me permission to skip softball).

For the floor seats most are electronic but a couple are instant download. Of course I like the idea of instant download since I can get my hands on them but I'm wondering if its odd that only a few are instant download. Also are the further back rows (row 9-20 in this case) not credit card only?

I just don't want to get screwed.

If the event is less than 48 hours away, all tickets should be instant download.

My experience with StubHub (which isn't too extensive) is that all tickets are instant down load.

There are 3 delivery methods from StubHub.
  • UPS
  • Electronic
  • Instant Download

The electronic method is only available if the event is more than 48 hours away.

The UPS method is only available until 1:00pm the 3rd business day before the event.

I bought StubHub tickets last week and they were physical old style tickets mailed to me by UPS. I didn't see an option to download, but I might not have been paying attention.

The seller controls the delivery methods until the cutoff times that I described.

If the seller only has traditional paper tickets, UPS is the only method.

If the seller has access to a pdf, the seller has the option to upload the pdf for immediate download. If the seller does not upload the pdf until there is a sale, this is considered electronic download.

If the seller does not find a buyer up until 48 hours before the event, the only delivery method available then is instant download. So the seller must upload the pdf or else StubHub will not permit a listing.

We had floor seats for last night's show, right across from the players box. They will be great seats! Just remember to rock out! Down on the floor we're all losing our minds cheering and dancing, and I looked over to the players box, and there's this high-maintenance looking woman, all perfect hair and fake nails chowing down on pizza and looking bored. Promise me you won't be That Lady!

Any chance this thread title could be changed? I know it is just stating facts, but damn, every time I see it bumped it is depressing, and this thread really isn't talking about that topic anymore.

Most were electronic still. So I just went the safe route with instant download. Row 9 on the floor. Its a gamble for which seat you get since they don't list it but I ended up about 12 seats from the middle.

I am so stoked. Hope it doesn't taint my unbelievable experience last night. Can't imagine that's possible as I'll get a whole new set of songs to experience. I'm really hoping for some Fully Completely as that's truly my favorite album of the bunch (first tape, first CD, first MP3). I'd also kill to hear Long Time Running but I'm not sure if they will after so much Road Apples tonight. We'll probably get Wheat Kings for our mellow song.

I think my ideal set list which follows the established pattern would be.
Fully Completely: Courage, At the Hundredth Meridian, Wheat Kings, Fifty Mission Cap
Man Machine Poem: 4 different songs from last night.
We are the Same: Not familiar enough to specify 4 songs. Just remember enjoying it over the past few months.
Phantom Power: Poets, Fireworks, Bobcaygeon, Something On
Day for Night: Nautical Disaster, Scared, So Hard Done By, Grace Too
(Encore 1) Road Apples: Cordelia, Long Time Running, Three Pistols
(Encore 2) Up to Here: 38 Years Old, New Orleans is Sinking

Rest assured, StubHub stands by their product. I think they make too much money to let their reputation get soiled.

If there is a problem with your tickets, they will buy tickets from equivalent or better seats for you with no cost to you. I think they will then charge the seller of the problem tickets 20% of your purchase price.

Incidentally, the buyer pays for the UPS delivery charge. $6US I think.

Nautical Disaster and Small Town Bringdown are the only two "whats" for tomorrow night.

Seeing the mics for picking up crowd noise leads me to believe that either:

a) Concerts will be available for download or
b) A special edition set of tracks, perhaps all unique tracks that are performed on the tour, being made part of a final boxed set that will include a Bluray of the CBC concert broadcast to accompany the CDs.
