If the criteria is less than 100 games played, I feel compelled to nominate Kelly Kisio. Extremely underrated player who put up some solid numbers in Calgary near the end of his career. Stuck around to become coach, then GM, then President of the Calgary Hitmen.

I was so happy to see Brian Skrudland get traded to Calgary and I'm still pissed that Florida took him in the following year's expansion draft. He played less than 20 games for the Flames. That guy was such a leader. Calgary could have used him in the mid-nineties.
