EDIT: I have forgotten to put Phil Housley on the ballot. Oops. I don't think he'd win, but if you intend to vote Housley, write-in your ballot.
I don't foresee this to be a huge issue, however.

Housley led the Flames D in scoring in 5 different seasons, only MacInnis did it more.
That being said he shouldn't be ranked ahead of Reinhart or Giordano anyway...but is probably next in line after those guys.

This should be Reinhart's round.

Probably better Housley not on this time. Perhaps would have split the old school vote, and it shouldn't be Gio's turn just yet.

And here is where we will start to have a split between those who remember Reinhart, and those who go, "Paul Who?" and vote Gio instead...
Voted for Reinhart personally, but did give Gio serious consideration.

I don't know, how about you do the poll? Then we'll point and laugh when you forget someone, worthy of choice or not, even if you realize it the second after you hit 'Enter'. Circumstances be damned.
Give me a break. Honestly, I'm just trying to put together an interesting summer activity. All you had to do was vote.

I like Gio but for me it's more of being a quality defenceman over a longer period of time.

Remember Paul, still think Gio has the better overall game.

It was between Gio and Reinhart for me. I don't think it is a young/old thing (I am old). I went for Gio.
Reinhart was really good, particularly offensively. But he had plenty of shortcomings as well. Wasn't particularly sad when he left.

No, I hear ya, but I guess my point is the young guys aren't going to vote Reinhart as they just don't know him. Us older folk have more of a decision to make between the two.
Then there was also the Rhino before and after the back injury - he just never seemed like he was quite the same afterwards...

Strong analysis as usual...Kevin Dahl is like 4 times the player Gio is. 16 playoff games.
