Oh absolutely. I dont even think Batman and Superman are even going to fight all that much.
Because then the Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and Green Lantern show up to help them fight Lex Luthor's Doomsday, Zod and presumably Darkseid. And maybe the Joker too. What the hell, why not?

I've also heard rumors of a Goku appearence. He will teach Superman and Batman the fusion technique and we will get to see Super Batman fight Doomsday, Frieza and Darkseid in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber...

The girl is Ryuko from Kill la Kill and the outfit is a sentient sailor suit named Senketsu that gives her powers in exchange for blood, and yeah gets more and more skimpy the more powerful it becomes. The show does have equal opportunity revealing (or no) clothing, clothes are central for the plot and bad guy.
