their best to play tight games, but it's hard with a 3rd of the lineup out.
It really deja vu as Kunitz tied it with 3:19 left in regulation time, nine days earlier it was the Crosby whiner tying it with 75 seconds left. Luongo was the reason the Panthers got a point last game, this time the Panthers win it in the shootout.

What is it with these two teams? In the past five games, four of them have gone into overtime. The Penguins win the games in overtime while the Panthers win in the shootout.

The Blackhawks could have played shorthanded and score at a decent rate. LOL.

It looks that way as the Coyotes lead 6-2 late in the third period.

Nice to see the Wild got their new coach bump tonight in Vancouver. They can go back to losing on Wednesday.

Interesting tweet:
@Chrismpeters

Noticed today that the leading scorer in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, NCAA, OHL, QMJHL and (obviously) USHL is an American. 🇺🇸🏒💯

Rook 3rd pair D man Svedberg scores as a PP ends to make it 7-0 'Hawks...

Arcobello gets a nice rebound shot goal to spoil Darling's SO bid...Parenteau finishes the scoring with a Leaf PP goal...'Hawks pretty much just roll the bottom of the Roster during the final 5 minutes.

A 7-2 final.

The Wild woke up with the new coach and crushed the Canucks 5-2. The Canucks just couldn't get anything going and Dubnyk was better in net. The Stars squeak out a 3-2 OT win over the Predators. Forsberg fell in the neutral zone and the Stars pounced on that opportunity which led to the winning goal by Janmark. Way to go Bhawks as the Leafs got a whooping! I liked how the Bhawks pbp guy said that Chicago needs to play the Leafs a bunch more times so Kane can get 200 points. The Habs were literally road kill for the Coyotes, the Habs suck and the least of the problem is goaltending. Howard just doesn't have it in net for the Red Wings this season as the Isles take care of business winning 4-1.
