OK Lets clear this up.
1) No waiver moves can be made in the first 2 weeks. That is before October 19th.
2) If you make a waiver move you must pick up a player in the same position of the dropped player.
3) Once you get a player via waivers you move to the back of the line for waiver priority.
4) You can make up to 3 waiver moves. I think 5 is too many for a 14 player team.
5) The first team to put a claim on a player gets him.
6) After the NHL trade deadline, there can be no more waiver activity.
7) No trades. Trading makes things complicated.
Initially I wanted none of this stuff, because it made things complicated. But if everyone wants it we can included it!
Personally, I feel that we should have only 1 or at the most 2 waiver moves each.
These are the rules that I am thinking. If you want to give your input please do so. But I think these rules are fair.
