Is it possible for that turd Mclean to conduct a interview with any former player and not talk about himself. Such a blow hard.

The last time this team played a good game was Jan 13 vs Florida.
With the way this team has sputtered and spun its wheels this season I can't even fathom how keeping any of the big 3 UFAs is even up for discussion.

What exactly are expecting out of them and would you prefer the typical sportsnet garbage analysis from terrible talking heads? The only time I want to hear hockey talk during the intermission is when it's the big team (Freidman, Kyrpeos, Hrudey).

Watch ESPN and Fox Sports for a few weeks. That's what I expect during intermissions when I'm watching sports.

I'm assuming you're a bit older than I am, because for someone in their early 20's like myself these segments are absolutely horriawful. A bunch of boring stories from players I never really saw play or cared about.

I guess it's a nice "community" thing but I really don't care about the state of minor hockey in some random town in rural Ontario. Just horribly boring.

Yeah its showing the Canes feed here, any US feeds go black which I prefer over the commercials and most of the stuff. Yesterday most of them were SN or CBC so had all the content, got watch Don blow his own whistle and all that. Can't complain I'm south of the border and still get to watch some hockey! |

This. CBC needs to leave the folksy rural celebration of our culture stuff for their other timeslots where it usually is and where Canadians know not to watch it. You can't play this stuff in a sports bar

Nestrasil was one of the best waiver pick ups ever. He's worked out really well for CAR.

This period sums up the season. Underwhelming and terribly disappointing.

Have to credit the Canes here more than fault the Flames. STL does it to the Flames all the time too. The Flames just cannot adapt to D that stands them up at the blue line or clogs up the neutral zone.

It is nothing to do with the CBC.

And isn't it on City on Sundays?
