This guy is a proven scammer at this point. The more information we can get out there to try and both nail him for possibly anything illegal has done and to ensure information is out there to prevent him from doing again in the future, is a good thing. We've all been clear, do not submit anything you don't want to. Don't think there's any problem at all with getting more information to give us a better idea why he keeps scamming people.

PIMking has said a lot of bad things over the past year about her, basically blaming her for all his troubles. It's a good opportunity to see her side of the story and find out exactly what happened.
No idea why Ducay has a problem with this, no idea why he can't understand that. The Witch-hunt is long over, we're searching for a bit of truth now. RollTideAlumni was asked if she wanted a chance to get the truth out here, something she did on another forum where PIMking rode her name in the mud, no one is forcing her.
That's about 7 times Ducay has pledged to be done with the thread though.

To think I was chastised early on for mocking his shaved legs and ankle tattoo.
I have not looked, nor will I look, for these photos he posted.
I can only hope that this has caused him to go back and take them down to cover his tracks, if so that is a positive.

Obviously we disagree at a fundamental level about this whole thing having the potential to do more harm than good simply for entertainment's sake. I'm not sure what the end goal is here, getting every last detail of this guy's life doesn't serve much of a purpose, but clearly I am with a small minority of users who can see above the "fun". Like I said, we've done what we can to alert the world to his deeds.
Of course her telling her story is on her own volition, but its also a lot of his personal information that is being shared by people. Simply by committing a bad deed and being found guilty by an internet court doesn't mean we can do anything and everything against this guy.

For what it's worth, I agree more with Ducay than the other people pushing for more personal details.
Part of the reason is that the "we are doing this for other internet people down the road" rings hollow when the important details are already here.
At least have the honesty to admit that we are all gawking at this thread like a gory accident on the highway.
But the biggest concern is something posted by RTA sending him into a rage and causing him to hurt her in some way.
I'd actually encourage her to not post any further details if she is at all concerned about that happening.

Thanks - and I the bolded part is what I was thinking about last night when I went to bed. Clearly this guy has issues in many ways, and we're helping crumble his house of cards, and involving her into it. Say he does take it out on someone (however remote of a chance) and it is her, that's partly on us. And for what gain? Especially when we've already alerted the world to his ways.

I get where you're coming from. This is my first post in the thread after following it from day one because I didn't want to add to the fury without any hard evidence but I think it's pretty clear he's not a good guy at all here so not sure why someone would defend him and then add this:

So he is allowed to share the most intimate and private information about her while fabricating the vast majority of it yet she shouldn't be able to defend herself and clear the air? Please don't make her feel bad for voicing her side of a clearly made-up story painting her as a villain.
I agree with most here who have said to her that it's up to her what she wants to share and hope she doesn't feel the NEED to for our sake, but is always welcome to.

See, this is something I completely agree with. If she is at all concerned about her personal well being, then of course she shouldn't write anything. However, I do feel she likely has nothing to worry about given what's transpired and the amount of overwhelming evidence that would be pointed right at this idiot if he tried something.

Yeah, there is no point in digging up more personal dirt on this guy. He's a POS, everyone knows that, he's been exposed, enough already.
Getting a ex on the site to divulge more personal details, and lining up questions like the person giving those questions has some sort of authority or moral integrity is BS. Just more drama for the sake of drama. "Oh but she's doing it on her own volition!" Right. Because she wasn't asked to come here and give her side of the story for no reason other than to satisfy members needs for the dramatic. Either go through a process to get police involved, or leave well enough alone. He's been exposed, bringing a ex here to grill for no reason other than to feed ones own ego or esteem for the dramatic is cringe inducing. The last couple pages of this have been embarrassing to read.

Two wrongs do not make a right. He shared her peronal pictures/details without her consent, that is between them. Exposing his personal details and life (however justified we feel) doesn't somehow undo the damage he has done.
I understand everyone wants the juicy details and drama, but it is just for "closure" and entertainment, not to accomplish anything. Honestly though, what good can come of this escalating? What do people see as the end game here, when we have already hopefully put him into the spot light and can't/won't do the same scam again.
I am not saying she shouldn't or can't publish her side of the story, but don't act like her explaining it will be to expunge her of being the villian, which no one thinks anyways.

After reading a lot of the thread I'd way rather have RTA join and contribute to the board elsewhere than just join and dish dirt on an ex. There really isn't much we don't know at this point.

That's not actually true. Much like your assertions that two wrongs don't make a right, a jerk trying to counterbalance by taking an opposite stance adds zero balance. No discussion actually benefits from a jerky contrarian.
You'd be better off joining the many people being moderate. Those people are doing a lot better of a job pulling posters away from the "lynch" side than some jerk telling them they're flat out wrong.

I'm with Ducay on this one, it's obvious people just want her to post for the dramatics. There is nothing to be gained except for entertainment from her stories.
I highly doubt a bunch of random flames fans reading her side is going to make her or anyone else feel any better about it.
That being said this is my first e-witchhunt and its been quite a ride!
