7 game win streak with Ball and Hrudy. Hrudy leaves for 2 games and 2 losses in a row. Hrudy's back and a big W. I think we know the REAL MVP is.

Gaudreau is the 5th fastest player in Flames history to hit 100 points. The other 4 who got there quicker:

1. Joe Nieuwendyk in 87 GP
2. Sergei Makarov in 93 GP
3. Carey Wilson in 113 GP
4. Eddy Beers in 114 GP

Johnny only got there a game behind Eddy Beers (115 GP)

Not gonna lie, im a little bitter about it. The rest of their team is just good enough that he can carry them. We have 3 guys as good as or better than Gaudreau but the rest of the team is just that much more of a boat anchor.
Seems they have 3 Johnny's to go with all of their Gio's.

On that site they actually have four. Hall, draisaitl, eberle and rnh all have beaten gaudreau in polls. Yes it's comical and sad but let them keep drinking the delusional kool-aid.

Lmao totally forgot about him. Which means they have 5 players who are a catalyst to their offense and are PPG players.

Just came from the 'Dome. What a game! Flames controlled play for the most part. Ramo was solid in net. A couple close calls, but close calls dont' count on the score sheet. Other then Johnny, I thought Ferland was the Flames' best forward. Physical all night. Had some nice passes and a couple good shots on net. He's the next Flames' forward who is due to breakout.

Kind of a quiet night from Bennett. Didn't notice him too much all game. Hamilton was a force. Physical all night long and was using his size to his advantage.

My first live hat trick at the 'Dome! And hearing the crowd chant Johnny's name brought back shades of Iginla's name being chanted 13 years earlier.

It's really unbelievable what Johnny is doing. He came into the league with a lot of hype because of a college nickname, and not only has he shut everyone up who complained about it but he's so damn good now that even rival fans are using Johnny Hockey with a straight face. And he's a top-10 scorer who's starting to get some Hart talk in only his 2nd season! God help the rest of the league when Gaudreau enters his prime

NHL Public Relations @PR_NHL
.@johngaudreau03 is the first @NHLFlames player with multiple hat tricks in a season since 2010-11, when Jarome Iginla had two such outings.

New rule. If you find yourself asking 'Did Gaudreau do that on purpose?', he did it on purpose.
