It appears the NDP will be the sacrificial lamb to a Liberal majority. NDP looking at 35 seats max right now, a remarkable disaster for them.

If he pulled a Prentice and resigned as MP, there would be a by-election. If he resigns a leader but stays on as MP, then no.
And Liberals in majority territory now.
