no idea what the Flames are doing out there. no chemistry, fumbling and handling the puck like a hot potato, lackluster play in the d-zone, way too many passengers. god.

Seems like we only have our 1st line capable of generating much offensively somewhat consistently.
That said there was a good shift from Bouma-Stajan-Jones line recently, especially Jones.

Definitely agree - he's fighting the puck, looks like he's lacking confidence and has been a liability on a few occasions. I get that he hasn't played hockey since February but I'm surprised at the amount of time it's taking for him to get back into game shape and back to his prior skill level.
I wonder if part of his decline in play (other than the injury and time away, obviously) is due to Brodie being injured. Yes, Giordano is an amazing player - I'm not trying to say he isn't. But maybe it was Brodie making Giordano better, not the other way around....
