I just can't believe that rendering is real. There's no interrior streets or any room for interior streets for the people who work and live there? How do they get to their home? Maybe the magnificent Nenshicycletrack will be the only way in or out. It's just not very well designed from a planning perspective if this is the real concept plan. That and all the buildings look like downtown circa 1980s

Views of all of the interior streets are obstructed by the buildings or by the full grown mature leafy trees that will instantly spring forth upon project completion.

Over/under 2 more reposts of that alleged concept before we get the real one?

My source says the bread was quite dry and unsatisfying, but the rice crispy squares are top notch.

All of the buildings appear to be adjacent to roads (Bow Trail east and west, plus 10th Avenue), so there would probably be a parkade under each one.
And, again, this would not be an exact representation of the size and type of each building that would end up getting built there.
