As for "real life" for me, I have a soccer game at 7-8, but should be back for deadline.

It's very simple really. I have pointed out my reasons for voting for you repeatedly.
No need for me to reiterate repeatedly.
For the starseed vote it was as I posted
To spice things up. It did and it garnered the response(s) I wanted. So back to my ole reliable #1 suspect.
And here we stand.

GGG, I feel like I have been going after PE and mrkajz? Or do I misunderstand your list?

Super quiet here today. Almost like no one wants to make noise because the scum are fine with me getting lynched without much discussion.
That mass movement off Starseed stinks to me. Pux comes off first, but considering her status I can't put much stock in that. Squiggs moved next, but he's never been too high on my list. Party followed (after being the original first vote on Starseed). Timbo was next with just a simple unvote (didn't vote for someone else immediately).
Problem is, I can't figure it out in terms of scum coming off. It really doesn't line up with my thoughts on Starseed being scum (or others I think are scum). I'm going to re-read the whole day and see how the vote was put up on Starseed - maybe something can be gleamed from that.

Actually, I feel that much of my leaning townies are not voting for the two vote getters, and only a few of my leaning townies are in the group of 8 voting for PE/mrkaj. I still think I would be fine with the mrkaj vote, as I think there is still a chance of a scum flip, or at least much information regarding vote movements, but I would be much more comfortable to stick with my devo vote. I felt better about it seeing peanut and squiggs react by targeting oling.

My concept I'm trying to figure out is who is leading pushes against particular people. Is there anyone who hasn't had an original thought and just followed.
What's been interesting is that everyone who I had on my list in the hasn't pushed someone or I needed to reread has reacted strongly to being left off and made a case for their contribution. Except Timbo

There's no real conviction in any of Devo22's posts. He's deferred a lot to people like Puxlut and SebC. Most of his votes seem to be "well, I'll vote this way but I will leave it open to vote for someone else." In a quick look at his posts, the only time he seemed to have a stance was not voting for ECF....and he voted for ECF.

I'm torn here, I could see reasoning for each of them at this point. Like I wrote previously, I found GirlySports' absence really weird. Posts a lot in the beginning, goes missing in the thread for two days and after I vote for because of that, she just pops up again and acts as if nothing has happened ... except for the generic "It's been quiet in here so I didn't post either". Maybe I'm reading too much into this.
And then of course there's activeStick, and I could easily get behind a lynch here as well. It's pretty funny that he himself points to how he's played the game previously, because that comment actually reminded me of the one where he played Medvedev in the NHL game. He also started very slow in that one ... and didn't exactly turn out to be town back then. And even without that background, going only by his posts in this thread, I just have a weird feeling about him.
Since it's midnight already over here and I'm off to bed soon, I'll have to decide and give my vote right now. Going with gut feeling:
vote activeStick
so that's the 5th vote for him. In any case, please allow for a deathbed post!
|
This is Devos day 1 vote between active and girly. To me it reads as I know both these people are town so it doesn't matter who I vote for, just got to make it look good.

just got home. It's after 4 am over here and I'm hammered, so I'll be off to bed now. But since it's seems that I've got a couple of fresh votes just now, here are a few very brief thoughts in case you decide to lynch me.
There's no big reveal or anything coming here, I'm just a vanilla townie. If you lynch me, we will be down 4-0 after 5 days which is a pretty abysmal record, so it's about time that you as a town step up and work together. It's pretty obvious that scum is playing us like a fiddle and if you don't stop the bleeding soon, it'll be over fast.
If you lynch me and see that I am town, look at the votes for me and draw the right conclusions. Oling started it and starseed was very quick to add to it without giving any reasons, so the latter should again be a prime target tomorrow. He's very suspicious. Puxlut is town, but she's the one who is ninja voting for the one guy who is sitting in Europe at 3 AM ... don't trust her judgement too much just because she is town. And now the other two voters, Oling and GGG, are working nicely together in trying to dissecting my posts and votes. Have a good hard look at those users tomorrow. And lastly, don't forget mrkajz44. Freaking unreal if he indeed manages to survive yet another night.
that's about the only things I can come up right now. See you on the other side.

I think the logical choice at this point is probably whoever comes second in votes, or whoever the GA personally finds most suspicious. Those we've discussed as known potential turns have presumably been investigated, so girlysports idea from the beginning of the game of doing the second place person seems like a reasonable option at this point.

You've had multiple posts deferring to her for judgment though.

Yeah, it was crazy how he's managed to stay alive for so long. You've been preaching that since the start of today when you voted for him in your first vote and said as much. Oh wait, you voted for Bizaro86. And then said you would be fine hammering Starseed. You only voted for mrkajz44 when your name got mentioned.
Hockeyguy15 can make that argument because he's been very persistent in his voting for Mrkajz44. You weren't.

Schmammered does not equal hammered. You type well for someone that is pissy-faced.
If you flip town, I know who I'm voting for next.
