I would be willing to vote any of these if we get close to the deadline and its looking like no lynch (possible if the thread stays this quiet).

My thinking is that out of the people that are being batted around right now I would think the person most capable of leading the hosts would be mrkazj. If he is a host and we take him out I think we would put a dent in their ability to coordinate and we might see some panic from them.

That's a good point. I still do think it makes sense to have a "2nd choice," as that could provide someone who gets the spore and doesn't flip a place to send it. That way we don't spend a bunch of time arguing about the spore but still have a reasonable plan to help the town control it if we get lucky on the coin flip.

Oh, ok. I thought that everyone wanted to wait until later in the game for that, but we get one "free" day so maybe using it ASAP makes the most sense to keep numbers on our side.

Sorry, why are we assuming this? Right now there's a possibility that someone is unknowingly holding onto the spore without being turned and wont find out until tonight.

I am not on board with the vote on mrkazj, when the votes where up on me he didn't join the lynch mob which tells me he is probably town, otherwise he would have cast his vote on me and not argued against it. I have no idea what to make of PE or Peanut really, they are kind of lurking. Still reading more posts.

I don't get this part of your post, or I completely don't understand how the spore works.

Assuming Oling was telling the truth, he received the spore on night 0 and he gave it to Girly on night 1. Since we lynched Girly on Day 2 it was returned to the captain. He had to wait out the day 3 and was able to send it on Night 3. Whoever received it would have gotten at the start of Day 4, which is right now. If they were not turned, they don't know they have it. If they are turned, they aren't going to say anything.

It is highly unlikely the Captain would have sent it to you on Night 3. If the passenger who received it is not turned, and then send it to you it would be on Night 4 after the lynch. Since you won't be turned if you are the Anomaly, the earliest you'd find out is Night 5, when you are asked to send it somewhere else.

You do realize that lynch votes are mostly mistaken town and you have no idea if more than 1 scum decide to pile on at any given time. Your dismissal of this is very interesting.

I know that if he was scum there would be little to no advantage on not voting for me. I do dind it extremely intersting though that once again HG is leading the charge against someone he is sure is a host. How has that turned out so far? What I see is that HG was out full guns for me even after I made an argument about you possibly being scum. Then when he couldn't get the votes to stick on me he went right after mrkazj. I want to know what has indicated that mrkazj is scum? I can't find anything really. I think he is trying to steer us into another passenger lynch. My stance on him has not changed so I will vote accordingly.I think he is the strong player on the scum team and they are using him to steer the votes while the others are mid pack to low posters.

Day 4 either turned and knows it, or not turned and won't know it until tonight when Maz asks them to pass it on.

As for devo, I have my I don't know category. I figure if I vote for him, maybe he'll become overly defensive and screw something up. Plus he hasn't been voted for yet in final tallies. Turn on the heat.

Hello all! I wanted to join in from the start, but I was away from home for much of May, and only got back now from a quick trip to Calgary.

I will admit that Legoman was hovering around 4-7th on my suspicion list, but I guess his inactivity was legit. I skimmed over much of the content and only followed along while in transit, so I will read up on the thread again, then form my list tonight.

Well if you and Mrkajz are both hosts that would explain why he didn't vote for you, and you won't vote for him.

Using the same logic, what made you lay off of me for days 2 and 3? I don't recall you giving a reason at any point and you were pretty hard out after me on day 1. Day 2 I can understand as the focus was on the spore, but you still held off of me until today. What made you less convinced I was scum yesterday but more suspicious today?
