LOOK AT THE WHEELS! That camber combined with how low the thing is, it's like the entire car is duck-footed. Looks absurd.

This was my train of thought:

"Oh that's kind of a neat picture with the wide angle lens causing a bit of distortion... OH MY GOD THAT'S ACTUALLY THE CAMBER OF THE WHEELS.

Haha Corsi beat me to it.

Bagging a WRX is definitely a strange decision, it's meant to be awd rally car. Stretched tires look awful and are stupidly unsafe. Watch me put a 205 tire on a 10" rim. You do realize those mods neuter any performance from those cars?

It looks beautiful. I will say that the "stanced/slammed" style (for you old folk) has it's limitations.

Oh 100%. It's throwing practicality out the window. This is all for show.

When they don't have aggressive camber it's less obnoxious but like I say they still look like vacuum cleaners or bottom-feeding fish or something.

You should have just tagged them all in the bad/ugly category. Fast and the furious has done for cars what hipsters have done to beards and PBR.

That to me is the equivalent of adding a 200lb spoiler to the back because it looks "cool". Mods, for the most part, if done IMO should be about adding either performance or handling. These detract from both. I never understood the mentality of adding weight and reducing useable horsepower with a body kit.

And it has nothing to do with age, I've felt that way since a teenager. Now get off my lawn.

The safest way to change lanes in our van is check the mirrors....Than do a test swerve. If no one blasts the horn, than go ahead. Sometimes it does feel like all these things to make cars safer have just made us into dumber drivers.

Completely agree. My backing up has gone to pot since I got a camera.

My point though was that in something like a 300, a Challenger, or a Charger, you shouldn't have to treat lane changing the same as you do in a van. It's absurd the horrible views you have in Dodge and Chrysler products specifically, but newer vehicles as well.

It's like all those that lower trucks, especially hummers. you're basically taking the functionality out of a vehicle to make it a show car. All show and no go.

2. Do you really think body kits were invented 6 months ago by high school kids that older people can't relate to? Turning cars into stupid versions of themselves has been done for decades. Slamming your otherwise awesome STI to the point where it can't even drive properly is the equivalent of the idiot in the 80s who tried to turn his Fiero into a Ferrari.

Here are some clean cars Junior:

It's not a race to see who gets more scoops/vents/lips on their car. There is something about a nice set of wheels, tasteful lowering, and an alignment that has camber set to a point you aren't driving on the inside shoulders of your tires...

I drive a 2008 Audi S4. Not a supercar but a fun drive. I've never driven it to its potential though. Any suggestions for a track/driving school?

I'm not inherently opposed to camber, but it should be so barely perceptible to the eye that you have to look pretty hard to notice. If it's obvious, it's actually counterproductive. The whole point is to improve cornering.

When it's so low that you get wheel tuck, that's when it goes from good looking to downright ugly, but that's just my opinion.
