Well #### that was disappointing , but meh move on game 6 at the Dome NO QUIT!
..that shot count is so deceptive how many of them were from the boards/terrible angle shots.

Terrible passing on the Flames, those small passes through the Canucks skates just killed any offensive drive before it has a chance to start. Hiller was the one that kept it close.
Also looked like they could have used more "Ferkland" in the 3rd to keep the pressure on.
ps. Dammit Derek Wills. Had to leave that $5 bill at home...

A lot of you are completely discounting what was on the line for the Canucks. They had fans to appease and played their guts out. And they mustered a 2-1 win. Flames have this team against the wall. Give us last change and Hartley will bring his squad to glory. I think it'll be a dominant win in Calgary. Monahan wasn't himself out there. We got ripped off on a soft penalty on Ferland. Canucks had 40 shots but only 10 good ones. We rang two posts tonight. Game was way closer than you think. Good game to be at. Canucks fans weren't the jerks they normally are. I guess a victory to bring the series to 2-3 isn't that special...

Vancouver was the better team tonight. Not totally surprised since their backs are against the wall. Hopefully the Flames return to form on Saturday!

I have too. Remember when we won game 7 in Philadelphia in 1980-81?!
This team responded well after game 2, and we have no right to question the heart and resiliency of this Calgary Flames team after all they have accomplished this season. Try to enjoy the ride without this unnecessary negativity.

I didn't expect we would win this one. Bucks looked great, Hiller was solid.
No big deal. The next game Flames are going to be good.

I see that panic level is at an 11/10. Come on. We will win this series. So we lost one game. That was Vancouver at its absolute best. We can definitely beat that.

I blame Kate Upton.
I mean, could you concentrate if she showed up at your work?

No that was 1990. I seem to remember Jeff Reese being the goat in 93.

Disappointed in the urgency and "tenaciousness" of some of our guys. Recall a specific moment when hudler and Monahan were headed into the corner at different angles against a Vancouver d-man that had the puck (perfect moment for a Jones/Hudler double check) and although I didn't expect a huge hit, both guys pulled up and left the d-man untouched...like completely not touched. Felt like our guys need to learn that there needs to be controlled urgency in every minute of every game in the playoffs if you want to make noise. Never mind that though, let's hope Hartley resets them and they come out flying on Saturday.
Re. Scotia Bank commercial: I grew up in Belleville and would like it known that for at least 10 years the minor boys hockey team has been the Belleville "jr Bulls". Before that, the Belleville "Bobcats". The girls minor hockey team has, however, always been the Belleville "Bearcats". Not sure whether that speaks to a lack of research by the maker of the commercial, or a cheap jab at a kid who may have never played hockey, and almost definitely has never been to Belleville (lucky guy) or some other unknown oddity, but I thought I'd needlessly point it out.
