After getting 6 points in his first 7 games with the Caps, he only has 1 point in the last 14 games, including no points and a -3 so far in the playoffs.

They were discussing on 960 this morning that the Caps have a few guys just like Glencross on the roster and as we know all well he's a guy that just doesn't have it some nights. There were times over the season the he probably deserved a seat in the press box for the Flames but didn't because of his reputation/leadership. He doesn't have that with the Capitals and is getting ice time on merit. He still can be an effective player but teams in free agency have to be aware that he's not a player that can bring it every night and when he doesn't have it he's not effective at all.
