Need that top line to put up big numbers over the next two games. Not just for the wins... Which are THE most important of course... But if johnny could get a couple multi-point games in the bag tonight and Thursday, it should lock down the Calder for him and he can be rested against the jets. Hudler also needs his 30th so he can sit too. Don't trust byfuglien out there with a chip on his shoulder.
Does anyone know if the game will be blacked out on SNW, in Winnipeg? I'm here on business and was hoping to catch the game.
Unfortunately, I believe that the Flames are blacked out on Sportsnet West in Manitoba. You might have to find yourself a watering hole that carries Centre Ice.

Let's say the Flames win this one against the Coyotes and the Kings win against Edmonton, and then they go into Thursday's game with the Kings, and let's say there is 3 minutes left in the third and the Flames are leading the Kings 3-2. Of course, they could clinch with a regulation win against the Kings. They have not pulled Quick for the extra attacker yet and the Flames maintain possession. They don't want to risk anything in the last couple minutes so they decide to run the clock down and are staying in their own end, passing back and forth, back and forth, not advancing into the Kings' zone and not letting them take the puck, etc. Would there be something wrong with this in the sense we could get a penalty for it? I kinda doubt the Flames would do this cause it's kinda a dick move, but could we get something like delay of game?
I know we did this for 20 seconds or so back in that December Vancouver game because up until that point we didn't even get a single point in the series and we wanted to get at least one. Any other building we get the crap booed out of us, I'm sure the home fans wouldn't mind though.

Many teams try to do that already. If you're up 3-2 you're gonna do that anyways and they're gonna forecheck. It's not a dick move, it's what already happens in most games where someone is protecting a lead
