- Minnesota with their atrocious goaltending before Dubnyk showed up.
- LA with Voynov and then Mike Richards being out of shape
- Vancouver, man I don't know what to make of them. They've persevered through injuries all year.
But only we get screwed over end-season with Gio going down. We can still do this but I'm not going to say any of these teams are truly better than us when healthy. But I will concede that all these teams are probably better than Anaheim, maybe even Nashville / Chicago-sans-Kane.
I can't see the East winner beating the West in the cup final.

Byfuglien has been out for 9 consecutive games now. I'd say he is just important to the Jets as Gio is to the Flames. Plus Perrault has been out for a long time, he is one of their leading scorers, and didn't they have their top 4 defencemen out for a period of time. I'm pretty sure they have gone through a crapload of injuries.

Damn, Canucks are no good. At this point, I've switched sides to hoping Winnipeg blows them out. Better a regulation win by the Jets than Canucks tying it and going to OT. Go Jets!

Byfuglien, Little, Chiarot, and Perreault are all out.
Buff and Little should be back within a couple of games. Perreault and Chiarot are practicing and should be back at the end of March.

The only difference it would make to the playoff picture is to put the Flames out and the Kings in.

Yep, my version is just a bit fancier: http://imgur.com/Ib3OEDh,J1Q0rF1#0

I wish it was just W-L-T
No shenanigans and no gimmicks.
If two teams play out an excellent game and it ends in a 3-3 tie, I'm not disappointed if there's not a winner. On the contrary, I am disappointed when the winner of an excellent game is decided by a skills comp.
Just like a skills comp doesn't magically make a stinker of a game awesome.
My two cents.
