A couple bad giveaways and it's 2-0. If a few bounces go the other way, it could have easily been another story. They can still come back but this kind of feels like one of those games where nothing is going to go their way.

I know they're the comeback kids, but without Gio's ability to relentlessly push the intensity as the game goes along regardless of the score, I can't say I'm feeling great about our chances.

Relax people,
The Flames have had long yet still successful road trip even if they lose tonight. They came out a little sluggish out of the gates and had some brain farts but it's only one period and we all should know by now that it ain't over.

They look tired but the sens are onto something from behind the net. They are trying to go there and once they do the flames look like a jail break.

That's because the flames have a smaller defense that contains the puck because they're not strong enough to body anyone off the puck. That's impossible behind the net
