Any comments from the coaching staff about why Porrier played so few mins?

Was he hurt? Or just held back because it was a tight game and they didn't like what they saw from hi early?

Wow Wideman with 33 mins of ice time! What a beast! So proud of this team rallying after their captain went down, so much character and heart. Fun to be a fan again after a lot of frustrating year.

Agreed. Huge clutch saves yet again. Honourable mention to Russell with 15 blocked shots!! That's more saves than an oilers goalie makes on most nights before getting pulled. Glad he got the fireman's helmet for this game.

Haha, Went to work tonight and a fellow Co-worker's a Bruins fan. I walked to the door and pointed at him with a big dorky grin on my face. Couldn't resist seeing as that building hasn't had a Flames goal scored in it since Phaneuf was on the team.

He couldn't even. Literally even. Dude actually said that lol.

Fantastic game. Awesome goal by Schlemko. Monahan continues to grow and mature into something special.

Ramo was superb in net again. Last 5 games:

3-2-0, 0.952 Sv %, 1.60 GAA

And because I haven't seen it in awhile:

Jooris played one heck of a game too. He scored in the shoot out gave us a chance to win. He is starting to become one of my favorites. Dude has tons of speed and good hands

Notable games from a couple of former Medicine Hat d-men. Russell with the 15 blocks and Schlemko with the shootout winner.

Apparently Tigers > Bears after all...

His folks are awesome. I watched one of the early games when they came out here with them and they are so nice.

Not gonna lie, I was the guy in the bar watching the game who yelled:

"Schlemko? WTF Hartley?"

And then promptly looked like quite the fool.

So the Schlemko is on TSNs 1v1. Currently losing to a curling shot. Needs some votes!

So I had to leave for an event just as overtime was ending. Got to my car and the radio on by the third shooters in the shootout. Couldn't believe we missed four straight chances to win...

Seriously WTFing when Schlemko was called. More than anything else Wills' goal calls on the radio are heart attack inducing. "Here comes Schlemko, dekes, moves, (waiting, waiting, buffering, waiting, pausing) and (pause) he (pause) Scores!"

Whew. Then Peter Loubardias loses his mind and I almost had to pull over right there to check out what happened.

everyone played great last night i was pretty impressed with shore he had that mess up that led to the goal but he was pretty relentless on the back check all night , was used a fair bit and is a big body to boot. He seems like a good pick up
