I thought he said it... Lol I guess turns out he did. Didn't even look phased that he let it slip.
A true bad ass.

No shortage of guys. With Stajan back Colborne Jooris or Shore can slide to the right wing.

Stajan? Granlund? I think we're ok if Jones is out. Don't get me wrong - Jones has been solid since his return from injury. But it's not like he's carrying the team with an award winning season or anything...

Wasn't Ferland a healthy scratch tonight? Stajan is probably back soon too.

On another note...Poirier didn't see the ice in the 3rd...and under 5 minutes all game...this with Jones out most of the game. So, Flames played basically with 7 forwards. And Bollig played only 6 minutes.
Jones: 2:44
Poirier:4:48
Bollig: 6:58
Total:14:30
All for a 65 minute game.

Going forward ... that shootout move will now be referred to as a ...
Schlem-dunk.

If you dig through Schlemko's games with the Coyotes they really gave up on him quickly. He went from a guy playing top four minutes (22-24 mins a game) to 10-12 mins a game to being waived after 2-3 bad games. This was after they'd re-signed him for $1.2M. Kinda feel bad for the guy, must've been really disappointing. Hopefully he's feeling a lot better about his chances now.

Lol so he basically just did the same move Boedker scored with earlier. Pretty slick but not quite as nice as tonight.

Not sure if anyone noticed but Schlemko was 1-for-1 in his NHL history going into this shootout. This makes him 2-for-2.
I would really like to know:
A) What his previous shootout goal looked like and if it was as filthy.
B) If someone knew that he was 1-for-1.
C) If someone on the team tipped Hartley off about his mad shootout skills.
D) If Hartley pulled this out of his a$$.
E) If Schlemko is a shootout weapon underneath all of that ice time.
