Rams' last 4 games after losing to the Cardinals 31-14 on November 9th:

11/16 - W 22-7 against the Broncos
11/23 - L 24-27 against the Chargers
11/30 - W 52-0 against the Raiders
12/7 - W 24-0 against the Redskins

Not looking too good for the Cardinals. Obviously, the Raiders and Redskins aren't powerhouse teams, but the Rams still have back to back shut out games, they will have the confidence and momentum in this game. Meanwhile, the Cards are struggling with injuries both offensively and defensively. And Stanton has been not been taking the reins of starting QB very well.

I have a bad feeling about this game. May the best defense win?

Well if Stanton is done for the year, I can't see us doing much going forward. I didn't think I would ever say that.

Lindley is not good, I didn't think we could lean on the D anymore than before but here we go.

I think we are pretty much guaranteed a playoff spot... But I don't see us doing any damage in the playoffs.

So Arizona should be in for sure so long as Philly and Dallas do not play to a tie. Have to give Bowles and Asians credit, they stay aggressive on D late in games, and the players have got the job done.

It's unbelievable that we are possibly going into the playoffs with Lindley as our QB.

There is slim to no chance of winning a playoff game with Lindley at QB, our best hope is that Stanton will be ok to play in 2 weeks but I doubt it.

Do they even try to go out and find someone to step in (there must be plenty of guys better than Lindley out there not doing anything at the moment) or do they ride Lindley to the playoffs with only 2 weeks left. Not much time for a guy to come in and learn the offense

Excellent article on the absolute mess that Saints have created for themselves with the cap. As of right now they have 7 players projected to take up almost $93 million in cap space next year because of how they've set up the cap. Tough choices ahead...the end for Brees maybe?

I'm not even joking, Warner would be a better option at this point. Hell, even Patrick Peterson would be a good option as well.

The only good thing we have going offensively is Williams/Taylor running the ball to at least get us in FG territory. Come playoff time, we can't rely on our defense to do everything.

Even with Stanton, I don't think Arizona has a very good chance of winning a playoff game. Stanton hasn't generated any offensive threat.
