Essentially the genesis of the idea was that we were going to call ourselves the two Gods of Twilight to indicate that we were one of the mason groups in the game (in case there were more than one like CP Mafia 1), I originally said that we should name one person that we suspect, but have it be no one that we pointed out using our real aliases in the thread to prevent it being linked back to us. We then discussed how it would work, and she asked me how quicktopic works, if we could be anonymous etc.

Essentially, the main idea was that we provide a list of suspects for the town to pressure, so that townies are influencing the direction of the discussion, and that our list would be free of ourselves at the least.

When I was reviewing that part, it felt more to me that Girly was trying to put suspicion on them as to why they were hesitating. She could then use that to point out Pux must be in cahoots with Dissent.

At 6:35 the vote is 8-3 hmm to Squiggs with 10 to lynch
Wood puts it 8-4
Girly at 7:18 votes Squiggs to make it 8-5
Diss at 7:35 votes to makes it 8-6
Hmm hadn't voted at this point to make it 8-7

At this point in my opinion the vote is still in doubt and it could still flip over to Squiggs. To me it would be incredibly risky to jump on your own guy to push him into a near tie with the lead voter.

On the other hand I had to push girly to jump on Squiggs at the end after she said she suspected him but didn't vote.

Plus, the threshold was still 10, so they could have one pull off in time to get back onto hmm. If not, well at least Dissent/Girly look good.

The biggest thing to note is how Squiggs subtly posted that vote list recently. Holding up to all of us that Dissent/Girly were not linked to him.

Actually this is what I have now.

If there was 5 mafia members, especially if one of them was squiggs96, there's almost certainly no way we could have prevented a last minute swap to Puxlut to remove the extra vote. Hockeyguy15 was gone, his vote would have stayed on Squiggs96 so every townie would have had to vote for Diss or Squigg96 to tie it up 6-6. Otherwise Puxlut dies, the mafia are now 5 to 6 townies going into the night with the extra squiggs96 kill (if it works on townies) and still have the bus to prevent GGG from being saved if that was the case. Plus they would have Diss' power.

So if there was 5 yesterday, I think town loses. Maybe, they didn't want to risk the cults doing something but that relies on the cults not being their tools or afraid of someone having a hidden power but I think there would be less risk than killing one of their own and pretty much outing another in doing so.

Also we don't have 3 mafia left or else they aren't very good at mafia. If yesterday we were at 7-5 we left Diss with one vote to lynch for 6hrs or so. Girly and Aeneas were campaigning for the lynch. If he is scum they wouldn't have been pushing for lynch if he is town one of the 5 scum should have lynched in that period as they would have won.

My bucket has proven true on 2 occasions Oling as a tracker and getting the HG15 extra vote.
I have had no results in my other inquiries but the Puxlut one is her slip up. That is the power of my bucket, to catch people in slip ups and lies. I took a very big risk in targeting her.
The safe play would be doctor you and bucket you.This makes me safe as well. Which tells me nothing. I might have been targeted or you, and I could not draw a conclusion from this. I opened the thread with major dread that both Puxlut and I were dead.

Every time I bucket someone I take a major risk.
Puxlut made a major faux pas in saying that she received words on woods death. She forgot about my bucket.(In starseeds words why would mafia have powers to tell who mafia killed) Well because she's hiding as townie thats why.
Stupid as I call it, my bucket has proven itself. I was there behind her and I received nothing!

Even though I joined the eternals, my win condition never changed. I still win when all threats to the light have been eliminated. Pika is guessing there are secondary win conditions for others. I'm not sure whether these people are in the game or outside it. It's a complicated and in depth game, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were outside, and likely former players. Chu has a couple theories on what is going on.

I'm guessing Drury's pirate talk is not because he turned down the invite, but more that he has to prove something in order to get something. I haven't seen a guardian invite, but the eternal invite was pretty straight forward and had no threats. Pika's not sure why you'd continue to talk like a pirate (side note: International Talk like a Pirate Day is September 19th), if you don't fear them. If you don't think the powers work, there isn't anything to fear.

I'm also guessing that starseed is trying to vote me out to satisfy a win condition I don't know about (guessing guardian vs. eternal). Since pika joined the eternals, the numbers are at 4-2 alive members. Whether he is directing this himself or is being pressured (possibly tempted with increased powers) from an outside source is still to be seen.

I decided to kill Girly, as I thought it gave the town the best chance to win. Pika bought in to her power reveal early on, but gave it some thought and decided it couldn't possibly be true. I literally had her as my number one suspect early on, but I was never going to post it. My logic on why I thought she was mafia may have been misguided, but it worked.

I still wanted to vote Oling out at the end of day 7 and then lynch Aeneas today. Part of this was Pika wanting to take out his arch nemesis the same day he killed Girly, and another was I thought we'd have the votes early on for Aeneas today. I also didn't mind some more chaos near the end of the day. My guess was that mafia would kill Oling to frame me, so the town would go after me today. The reason I thought they'd keep him alive is they saw the feud with Pika, and figured it would be a quick lynch today. The other explanation, which I still am partial to, is he is mafia, and thus was handing out the kills. If he killed me it would be too obvious, and thus went after someone else, possibly GGG.

Pika went back through the beginning of the game posts and Baxter's posts are pretty funny, now that he has been confirmed mafia. One thing that caught my eye was Puxlut calling out one of Baxter's posts for being weird: http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showpos...&postcount=271 For that reason I will not vote for Pux.

Pika is still going to vote Oling, but will switch to starseed in a second if anyone else is up for it.
