He wasn't and this is a major reason:

Props to @Seahawks LT @Russell_Okung, playing thru pain w/ a torn labrum in shoulder: http://q13fox.com/2014/10/13/russell...m-in-shoulder/ … #ToughGuy #Q13Fox #Seahawks
Also Unger is hurt and they lost Giacomini in a numbers game to keep the LOB intact.

Stevan Ridley done for the year with torn ACL/MCL. I think he knew it yesterday as he looked pretty devestated on the sidelines. Curious to see if the Pats stick with Vereen and Bolden. Wouldn't be surprised though to see Green-Ellis picked up as insurance.

Austin Davis looking like the 2nd best QB in the NFC West by a comfortable margin. Rams found another unknown QB through injury. Maybe they should start injuring their QBs more often.

That bogus offensive PI on the Rams changed the game

I'd suggest that an 80 yd TD with 20 seconds left was a bigger factor...what a moronic play by Jenkins there....just don't let the guy by you...that's all he has to do...keep the ball in front of him...just awful football and a gargantuan mistake.

Allowing that 80 yard TD is pretty unacceptable, but so is that PI call and it had a much bigger effect. Rams are inside the 30 without it and driving to go up 21-3, at worse up 17-3 and they probably drain most of the remaining first half clock doing so. Totally different game then. Refs are as bad as they've ever been, something has got to change it's getting way too inconsistent and poorly officiated.

There would not have been 20 seconds left. The call made the Rams punt giving the 49ers and extra possession.

I am just happy my Cards are ahead of two tough teams in the 49ers and Seahawks. It's going to be interesting to see which two teams make it out of that division (since 3 is unlikely, but could possibly happen).

came here to complain about the dolphins again.

Had the game in the bag against the packers but couldn't milk the clock out for the win.

They give the ball back to the packers with 2 mins left (GB with no TOs). They get the packers into a 4th and long (i think it was 9 or 12) and the clock ticking. Genius dolphins call a timeout. In fact, the dolphins called 2 timeouts during the GB 2 minute drill.

Just brutal. Phiblin is just an all out bad head coach, and needs to go.

Can Jarryd Hayne be and impact player in the NFL? I don't know too much about rugby but he is the best player in the game.

Sheesh start out the year looking at maybe worst year in ages to be a Cowboy fan. Now there are articles out saying Cowboys are the best team in the NFL. Pretty funny stuff. Admittedly they have been looking pretty good but I'm still waiting for the bubble to burst. But I'm going to enjoy the ride until it does.

Return of the Browns:

http://www.si.com/nfl/2014/10/12/nfl...s-panthers-tie

The Browns’ next three opponents are Jacksonville, Oakland and Tampa Bay, a trio of last-place clubs that are a combined 1-16 so far in 2014. By Week 10, the long-downtrodden Browns could easily be the toast of the NFL at 6-2 and preparing to travel to defending AFC North champion Cincinnati with first place on the line in the division. The matchup against the Bengals is the only time Cleveland will face a club that currently has a winning record between now and Week 14, a span of seven games. By then, the franchise’s first playoff berth since 2002 could be well within its sights.

Imagine that.

Because they are the Browns, I could see them losing against Jacksonville and back to square one.

With that schedule they'll either finally stop being the Browns by winning all 3 and marching to the playoffs, or confirm that they'll always be the Browns by losing 2 of 3 (though you figure if they lose 2 they'll almost certainly lose all 3).

Nice to see the Patriots snake out a win from those dirty Jets.

Chris Jones with a huge game, especially the blocked FG at the end to win it.
