In fairness when I posted the second quote I believed that the powers worked and I was poisoned and GP_Matt was lynchproof. After ECF's report that his piower failed I think that changes. I do agree that the confusion and chaos I imparted to the town was not worth me joining the group.

Thread's gone a little quiet, so I went back and re-read the last few pages. Noticed that Starseed said he was not liked to Timbo in any way, but couldn't see where that was said or implied.

I dunno, maybe I'm blind or missed something, or didn't go far enought back, but this pushes him up another notch on my suspicious scale. Why deny a relationshio with Timbo when it wasn't even asked or talked about?

I agree with wood that we should start getting a few more votes out there and get a feel for where we are at. Lots of good discussion today, but its time to get the ball rolling on a few votes to see where we stand.

I really suck at this game. I voted for both RD and Hmmmmmmmmmmcamo. So I think I need to vote the opposite of what I think. Maybe Timbo and formulate have us all snowed? People that you would think that there's NO way they would be mafia might be?
The other one is Rathji. His first post is an excuse about not contributing. And I can't really find anything that was an original thought.
I could vote GS on the basis of what has been said before, but like I said: my track record for that isn't very good.

I took notice. Starseed seemed to confirm most of what Girlysports had to say about the invite, while mrkajz44 'confirmed' that he was offered the same ability as Girlysports (one-time night protection). So I don't see how Girlysports could have lied about the invite, one of your suggestions, without all 3 of them being involved.

So I'm more suspicious of Starseed almost looking to try and shift blame on Girlysports for that by thanking your post.

However, I'm more suspicious of you than all 3 of them still.

My biggest reason for voting for Starseed would be to balance the cults, but at the same time I'm afraid I would be playing into their hands by yet again going after someone 'marked' by the dreaded cults.

As for last night - I logged in after getting home from the game to check if I had died and I was a couple heroin beers deep so I figured it would be best not to post.

Based on my power, your action should have gone through. This either means the action was fake, or you are lying. Pika sees you have supported him the last couple days, and followed his vote a few times. Based on this, and every thought of mine being wrong, I will guess you are lying. I hope I'm wrong here too.

Chu read that we are being lead around and played like a fiddle. Instead of going after the inactives, maybe we should look at the over actives. Their defence will likely be that they are actively hunting scum. They might be, but it hasn't brought us any closer to finding mafia, and pika has only witnessed town deaths.

I thought starseeds comment odd as well. But I'm at work on my phone and couldn't really respond.
What I think happened he linked himself and I because of the twilight star incident. I'm not sure he read Mazrims post on the subject.
This is giving him the benefit of doubt. That is the only reason he mentioned me IMO. If not then he is suspect in my books.

At 6:28pm tonight I have received a message from the Guardians. I have opened the message, I have not responded to them. The message did not say that I could not discuss this before answering them and only that I was to answer within 24 hours.

The message says they saw me questioning GGG. It went on to say that the poisoning was a shock to them as they weren't paying attention to the game. They said it wouldn't be the so bad if GGG dies, but it would be a pain as they just started ganging up on the Eternals.

They want to play a cruel joke on me and offer me membership to the Guardians. They also want me and GGG to become best of friends. If GGG gets murdered, they want me to take his place.

They have offered me Watching powers for tomorrow night in return for a membership. They said it's fair as they gave GGG tracker powers for an evening.

They finished saying they trust I will make the right choice.


I have 24 hours to make a decision.

So who has the Eternal's invite?

And watching what? Could you watch the mafia's conversations?

But there would likely have been an invite after the last recruitment by the Eternals?
Maybe once one of them dies (GP) they can't recruit? I still don't understand replacing GGG.
