How about a Canadian-Polish team?
markhmasters: Canada's Gabriela Dabrowski & Polish partner Alicja Rosolska upset No. 10 seeds Barty & Dellacqua 6-2, 6-3 in doubles action

Poor Frank. Led 6-1 in the tiebreak and then fell apart to let Sousa come back and take the first set.

They should really play womens tennis shirts v. skins... or skins v. skins in this case.

Dancevic takes the 2nd set, glad he didn't let that 1st set choke bother him.

But Milos has to serve at such a nearly perfect level to beat the Federer's and Nadal's of the world. Guys like Ferrer and Berdych and Wawrinka and Del Potro (when healthy) are much more dangerous than Milos to the top guys because they can offer variety. Milos has to serve at nearly 90% not just to win, but to have a chance to win. The margin of error is incredibly thin for Milos.
I mean Ferrer has more set wins and breaks of Roger in the last two weeks than Milos has ever done to him. Milos is improving to be sure, but he's not even in the wave of next guys yet like Berdych and Ferrer because he can't even beat the top guys like those other guys have. Until he develops the full game he can rely upon, other players can expose him badly (namely by working the backhand which Fed did extensively Saturday).

I hear you but in my eyes Pospisil will always just be there unless he fully commits to singles in order to improve his play. You can be a jack of all trades but a master of none and still see modest results on tour from time to time. If you saw him play the top 10 players more often it would be obvious he's got a very long ways to go to reaching the elite.
In Raonic, its not really his serve that has gotten him in trouble against Novak/Nadal/Federer. Its the fact that he hasn't been able to settle into a groove and dictate the pace like he can do against 95% of the rest of the tour. He's been able to push around almost everyone he's played these last two years with the exception of the top 3 and that will surely come eventually.
Players like Berdych, Ferrer, Tsonga etc have been chipping away at the top three for years and not really done much against them either. At least Raonic has some wins against most of the top 10 to his credit and seems to still be getting better. He didn't even have the quality forehand or net play ability he's shown under Lubicic a few years ago.

Milos looks good in this tourney. Just the way he carried himself in that first match.
I'm really liking his chances the next 2 weeks.

More upsets today in women's action - Madison Keys is ousted by qualifier Alex Krunic of Serbia and former US Open champ Sam Stosur is defeated by Kanepi of Estonia.
/Milos' match has started.

Boy Raonic isn't doing himself any favours with his first serve today. Also unbelievable how many things continue to continue to go right for the German in this match.

Genie is going to be preempted (on ESPN at least) because a 15 year old American will be playing at the same time. I'd imagine if ESPN had the call Genie would be bumped to court 17 and Bellis onto center. This is where having 5 TSN's is nice, don't need to rely on ESPN coverage.

The Bellis match is ridiculous with the "come ons!" after every point by both players.
