Stupid/Selfish tackle by Puncheon to put his team down a man. That's how teams get relegated.

While true, when they were perusing this season's fixture list Palace probably didnt expect to pick up much against Arsenal at the Emirates.

A very very scrappy win.
Still, they all count.

Yes but what a bonus it would have been to get a point while the other relegation buddies probably wont. Relegation wars are usually decided by who took points off the big boys.
90 minutes of hard work undone by a bonehead.

White has been spot on so far this summer, hope he's right once again. Would be a MASSIVE signing.

Looks like everyone is after him.

Jose has already denied that because they already have 18 foreigners and only 17 are allowed (probably Schwarzer being the one who won't be registered). Then again, Jose probably isn't the most trustworthy source
fwiw Sky continues to run with the United rumour. https://vine.co/v/M3Kt1pXAtTr

Ah! I didnt realize that. You never know what Jose has up his sleeve though.
He'll probably just try and naturalize Torres or something.

FFP: "Fair enough."

neat, killing two birds with one stone. Rojo is no world beater but his flexibility (CB, LB, LWB) will come in handy. Hopefully Nani will have a good year on loan so that he can be sold next year.

done.
Manchester United @ManUtd
#mufc has reached agreement with Sporting Lisbon to sign defender Marcos Rojo, subject to a medical and personal terms.
Manchester United @ManUtd
A further announcement will be made when the process is complete. #mufc
Sporting has confirmed in an announcement that the fee is €20m (~ £16m). United pay half of that immediately and the other half in two installments in December and next July.
Sporting has also confirmed the season-long loan of Nani.

Are you just going to throw $200 million into positions that actually didn't need an upgrade?
You know you aren't going to get both of those players anyways, maybe one, but no chance in hell you actually get both. Maybe they could have gotten Bale but even then he doesn't solve the teams problems.

Moyes must be the most naive person in football if he thought he'd get all those players.
Before I clicked the link, I wondered how early the "I needed more time" line would come in this piece ... and I wasn't disappointed. If there ever was a zombie apocalypse and zombies wandered the streets in search of brains, zombie Moyes would have none of it. He'd just walk around moaning "TIIIME ... TIIIIIIIIME!!!!!!!"

he deserved more time.
He was a proven failure. Clueless, no eye for talent and uninspiring. Took a team that fair enough was no world beaters but had confidence and belief and turned them into a bunch of self doubting, no belief wrecks.
