Both were probably enjoying the high life together too much, although it sounds like he broke up with her- twice now.

At 108:1 it's certainly worth it.

Did they try to reconcile last night? How did he turn so crappy, so quickly again today??

I'm going with Kuchar this weekend. Wouldn't mind seeing Mickelson finally take it though.

Strange golf course though.

Martin Kaymer threatning to make this a total laugher. Already at -10.

Kinda disappointing. The tournament is possibly over already. He can have it locked up by just playing 4 or 5 over the next 2 days. Not exactly the most exciting golfer to get behind and route for.

2011 was the same thing. Didn't Rory win by 7? And they had that wicked storm with no fans at the course on one of the days?

Yeah, this one was a complete dud. The US Open undoubtedly was a big egg this year. It was over on Thursday afternoon.

Listened to Kaymers post interviews. Talk about a well spoken/nice guy. Played some pretty impressive steady golf. Impressive to say the least.

Good to see Kaymer win another major, he seems like a really good guy.

Fantastic performance from him this week, as well as at the Players last month. Hopefully he can keep it up at the British.

Is there an LPGA thread? Either way, great result for 16 year old Canadian amateur Brooke Henderson this weekend at the U.S. Women's Open. Finished in a tie for 10th, 7 strokes back of winner Michelle Wie.

Good to see Michelle Wie battling back and having a great season. I always felt a bit sorry for her because of her overbearing parents. If anyone can grow the women's game it's her.

Wie isn't even 25 years old yet. Feels like she's been around forever. Glad to see her do well.

Rory is leading as he has another great Thursday round. If he can finally put together a Friday round he could be the big favourite. Tiger only 3 back after starting +2 after 2. Course looking mighty easy so far.
