During warmups Bennett and Carr juggle the puck back and forth from stick to stick and then Bennett hits it out of the air into the net. Nice to see him more relaxed and having fun.

Wow Johnny is so efficient and has good instincts on when to pour on the fuel and when to conserve!
Nice to see Bennett coming 2nd to him too!

Not entirely sure. Looked like he could weightbear a bit but didn't return to the ice.

According to twitter Hunter Smith won his heat of the endurance skate (suicides).
Not bad for a big, slow guy.

Johnny Hockey first in the endurance drill... is there anything that kid isn't good at?
I'm going to guess puck off the ankle/skate for Sieloff. Hope it's not serious; I'm guessing nobody is wearing skate guards out there (although it looked like he had his left foot turned open).

Hope Seiloff isn't anything serious and is just a stinger. I'm pretty high on him but it sucks to keep seeing him injured by freak things.

Where are those ankle guards the club was so adamant about last year?

I guess Lowry wasn't exaggerating:

“Keegan moves extremely well,” Lowry said. “You put him in a race, a straight line, and he’s one of our quicker guys. As with all big guys, sometimes some things take a bit longer and foot speed is always a concern. But for us, we’ve seen vast improvement and that’s what you’re looking for in the development of these young guys.”
