I would have said Aberg but I see that he has been signed. I would take a flyer on Thrower. He was considered a Bieksa lite at the time.

Given his scouting report for the 2012 draft, surely he's worth a seventh rounder. Cross our fingers and hope he shakes the injury bug and adds some size?

Use a seventh OR get him as a UFA and draft someone younger in the seventh round?

Rissling was traded to the Predators for a 7th rounder about a month ago and they signed him to an ELC - http://predators.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=715995

Dallas won't sign 2nd rounder Mike Winther and some of the 3rd/4th rounders are also still unsigned
too bad that Jesse Graham is so small ... if he was a bit bigger/stronger, he'd be worth a shot
