I just heard someone say that there was no contact on the PK foul, is that right?

I cant watch right now, I've just been stealing glimpses of the score between clients.

I didn't think it was a penalty. But Ramirez should have been off in the first half.

Pretty embarrassing for the EPL which seems to think it plays high level football.

Man I don't know how you can say that, it's pretty much totally illogical to say the premier league is crappy and isn't high level football because the low level teams are strong enough to be meaningful hurdles to the title.

Leagues where high level teams steamroll everybody and there is no competition like the Bundesliga or the Scottish Premier (or even La Liga for a long time) are just dull to watch imo. Every game this season has been entertaining because it's been such a roller coaster.

And I don't think it's over anyway. Liverpool has Chelsea left and has to go into Palace and win away there with them rolling.

Its good that low level teams can be hurdles that is a strength but when a low level, crap team wins the league that doesnt say much about the so-called quality of the league.

Ah I see your argument... well you are certainly entitled to that opinion. I think they are pretty decent myself, they have the best cutting edge in europe between Sturridge and Suarez right now in my opinion, in fact I'd even throw Stirling into the mix as an offensive dynamo lately.

Keeper has been dynamite, good engine room with that diamond midfield using Henderson, Gerrard, Stirling, Coutinho/Allen... maybe their back 4 is the only place I'd agree that they are not top class but the rest of the team has (over) compensated for that with offensive skill and possession play.

Little late to the conversation, but I'm in that minority as well, supporting Stoke. Tony Pulis just seems to get a lot out of his teams.

As a Tottenham fan with my team in disarray I can't see a single guy from that team I would want on Tottenham and that is saying a lot with the holes we have.

Throw in their sausage fingered moron of a manager who I would pass on even though we are currently using a good guy that should be in the Championship and there really isn't any reason to think that Liverpool is anything more than a huge pile of horse dung.

Le sigh.

Its just moon being moon. If Liverpool are a 'crap' team then I guess there arent any good teams in the PL.

Chelsea Sunderland is a good game, can't believe Ramires didn't get sent off though, what happened there, he clearly hit Larsson in the face with intent there, Jose will have to keep his complaints of the reffing to himself for at least a few weeks after that.
Or not...

Moon, enlighten us all into why Liverpool is so disgusting?

Most know where my allegiances lie..

Disgusting:
Best home record in football
Potentially the best individual scoring performance over a single season.

Not that great of a player seems pretty obvious.

He is pretty close though not worse than the guys we have not better so I would prefer to keep the guys we have and get an upgrade somewhere.

If Sturridge were here and Adebayor/Soldado were there I wouldn't take them over Sturridge. It is a case of none of them being impressive in my view.

You're right, I regret ever doubting you. No one would take one of, if not both, of the EPL top's scorers over Adebayor and Soldado.

Who would? I mean, combined they have fewer goals over more games than Sturridge on his own.

Oh if Suarez wasn't piece of human garbage and didn't dive any second I would certainly take him.

On talent alone I would take Suarez but I don't want a piece of filth like that on the team.

Also, didn't realize everyone had to love your favorite team just because you do.

Haha, wow. I guess its my fault for engaging you.

Dont have to love them at all. In fact, I'm incredibly glad you dont.

What?

Not sure what you are getting at here.

I am allowed to have different opinions on Liverpool players than Locke does. If he disagrees then good for him.

Never thought I'd see the day where the Manchester United fan is the reasonable one.
