Hope Daniel is okay. Had his melon rattled by Keith a year or two ago and was never really the same. Never want to see a guy go out on a stretcher.

I didn't realize the ref has to call a major on that... Is that new?

I don't agree on bad. Unfortunate for Daniel but Byron just doing his job out there playing hard.

Johnny scores a goal
We are in the 4th drafting spot
That's all I wanted today... Would have loved a win but the refs are handing the Canucks this game.
Of all people Byron hit someone like that? I don't think he will be suspended, it looked like Daniel didn't expect that out of a 5'7, 150 lbs player. Byron is the definition of truculence.

|
I think the "stop-up" was the puck getting stuck along the boards, so Sedin had to stop to pick it up, if this same play happened at the beginning of the period there would have been no hit cause the puck would have still been moving (better ice).

So annoying when someone comes in with a post like this, thinking it's some great point they've made.

Obviously not. But for people like Dianne crying about Kristen Odland's, tweet, the Sedin's history of diving always leaves you wondering for the initial few seconds if it is an act. Unfortunately he was really hurt this time.

He's pretty shifty and I doubt he would put himself in that situation.

See a guy gets hit in the same part of the back, blown into the bench and isn't hurt.
