I'm glad you guys see what I was saying, I was subtlety pointing out Octo seems to be the assasin, if I just flat out pointed a finger at him I dont think it would work. He's been very quick all game and successful at turning the tables everytime hes been targeted

I have to say UCB has been saying he thinks Octo is the assasin almost since the start of the game, but I wasn't sold completely. It makes a lot of sense at this point

With the role of Serial Killer, that players goal is to be the last man standing. They are on thier own, and they get to make 1 kill every night. On top of that, the Serial Killer usually gets 1 ability, usually One-Shot according to the Wiki link ive posted. The serial killer can also be immune to being tracked or watched, which would explain why no one was able to see him do anything suspicious

Octos ability was One-Shot, which he used on HuntingWhale

Also, being dead or alive does not change winning or lossing. You can be dead and still win.

If Wood and I are wrong and you die, but we players still win, then all good, no?

Yeah, same with me. I think we're both of the same mind that the best way we can use our deaths is to use it to try and out the killer. Again, I'm not particularly suspicious of you two right now, and I totally get why you're suspicious of me. I probably would be, too. It's really the same as the same reason I was originally suspicious of you: the more someone posts, the more likely it is to produce a pattern that looks suspicious. Sometimes that pattern is legit, sometimes it's the result of looking for something where nothing exists. Assuming we're only looking for one killer, we can afford to be wrong once, maybe even twice, so it's all good right now.

I went back through my notes to see if there's anything else I missed that I could share that could be useful going forward, but I don't think so. I think I've shared everything I've observed or theorized.

Maybe it was the bright lights, or the gravity of the situation, but the group started to have trouble trusting their feelings. They were all unsure of who was against them now. Discussions were short, and they decided it was for the best if they took out octothorp. He seemed to be the best choice, despite his protests.

"Don't let my death be wasted. I wish there was a better way..." he said as they pulled him off to the side. Octothorp continued to offer suggestions to the group as the wall opened and offered up a selection golf clubs, bats and hockey sticks. The players knew that they would again have to take matters in their own hands to end this day."

The group missed the mark, but maybe their luck would be better the next day. No one was sure what would happen next.

Apologies for the delay, I was out for the night.

The group awoke to a similar sight. The room looked the same as the previous day, and the food left on the plates had gone bad. After getting used to the glaring lights in the ceiling, they took a look around to see what the costs of the night were. They found stazzy in a corner, his eyes missing. They weren't able to find them anywhere else in the strange room.

The group waited for what they had come to expect - another message. It never came. They wondered why there wasn't anything today. What did it mean?

I didn't even get a chance to post before octo's lynch before it was too late! Not sure if I would have been able to convince people though as it seemed everyone's minds were made up.

And now we lose an extremely useful power in stazzy's role block.

Very key lynch coming up. We don't know if there are one or two assassins but with the group left, I'm leaning to just one.

To be honest, there really isn't a ton to go by at this point.

Personally, I believe that Wood and UCB are truthful about their ability to message each other so I think they are Players along with myself.

I'm not particularly suspicious about agulati or dissentower either but I would prefer to roll the dice with one of them over UCB/Wood.

This is mostly based on a lot of octo's analysis before he got lynched.

It sucks cause at this point all we can do is guess. With stazzy being killed we have no more useful skills really

The options are either me and UCB are a duo of assasins (I can confirm thats not the case lol)

Octo was correct with his suspicions of agulati and hes the assasin

Activestick hasn't done anything to be suspicious of since the start, but I guess as the assasin thats exactly what you would want to do. His body armor role is something that a serial killer generally has as an ability. I dont think hes the assasin

Dissentowner is pretty much the safest bet to be a player I think

Our choices for this vote are:

Kill one of me or UCB if you think were against the players, then at night the other one of us will get killed and it goes down to a final 3 of activestick, dissentowner and agulati where that will be the final chance to get the kill or the assasin wins

Or

We make our best guess as to who the assasin is today. Lets say we vote agulati. Either we win, or hes a player and one of me or UCB will get killed at night. The assasin cant keep both of us til the final 3 or we know who he is

If we are wrong with the vote of agulati, we go down to a final 3 of me or UCB, activestick and dissentowner. That way we'd have at least 1 100% player (debateable for you guys I suppose) in the end to hopefully make the right vote

I honestly can't decide though between dissentower and agulati.

Based on post count, dissentower has the least of the remaining group, but I'm not sure if that means anything.

Going forward we need to remember that "dead" players still win as long as the players are left standing at the end.

Well the thing is I am not sure how much more I can do to prove I am a player. Even before we were revealing our player ID's I stated I like horses, trying to give a hint who I was because I was not sure we could just say it. I have always voted with my fellow players but if you guys want to lynch me I am ok with that as long as it helps lead the players in the right direction toward getting the assassin. Even if I go and the players get the assassin in the end we still win, it is a team effort. I agree that UCB and Wood are players, a little more certain of UCB because he had to play a goofy role like me and every one of us that had that happen so far were shown to be players. How are we certain activeStick and agulati are players? Not pointing fingers at this stage, just asking. At this time if I had to vote right this moment it would be for agulati because I am least certain of him and he was the guy octo had targeted on his last vote.
