If you've ever heard "The Peak" in Vancouver, it is about as good as a commercial radio station gets for me. They've been talking about launching a Calgary station for ages now, and the last I have heard is "this spring." I just like their alternative and indie mix better that what we've got, and it isn't as repetitive as X92.9.
That being said, there are so many other options out there for radio that I don't find myself bothering with it anymore.

All I ask for is 2 things. Mandatory separation of device subsidy and the monthly fee. And third party companies able to rent spectrum at a competive rate.

It was not sarcastic. And keep in mind that people asked for all of those things; including the end of 3 year contracts.
These CRTC rules were fought by the cell companies. I have also personally seen them help people out. A friend who is lower income has an issue with their router, and was presented with a $500 overage bill. This legislation brought that down to $50.
It just GMG when people say the CRTC does nothing for consumers, but then ignores something huge that they have done recently. Do they have a lot of things that gives advantages to the big companies; sure. However not everything is, and I have actually used the CRTC to my advantage several times.

Tailgaters and people that start pulling in to a turn when they clearly don't have time or space. Doing the latter is just going to cause me to brake and delay your turn even more.

Oh I know...I just don't see it happen in front of me. It is disgusting to lick something then hand it to a customer.
Same reason I do not touch handrails on steps or escalators. Never, ever touch them. The accumulation of germs on escalators are most likely the worst in the world.

The mafia in cp's mafia game are like the Edmonton oilers of mafias. They're so bad at that game lol.
The only way they'll win is by the use of all the powers they have, cause it sure as hell won't be by their smarts or ability to blend in.
3 days, 3 guesses, 3 mafia killed. I don't think they realize how obvious their tells are. You gotta post perfectly to blend in and they just can't do it, it's hilarious.
Hopefully the players keep going with the posters who post oddly, rather than following the guys who have some big strategy , cause the little tells and minor posting oddities are a gold mine of mafia lol
Such a fun game though.

Cash, gas pumps, door handles, debit/credit machines, and so on and so forth.
The list of super germy stuff you pretty much have to touch is endless. As far as I'm concerned, just wash your hands a few times a day, don't touch your face/stick your fingers in your mouth, and you should be fine. The immune system thrives on new interesting germs it can fight off.
Whether it's medically true at all, my theory has always been that you can't be too careful and avoid too much of that stuff. You're just doing your body a disservice by not letting it gain an immunity to minor stuff.

It RGMG that I can't even casually discuss whatever game it is you may or may not be talking about outside of the game you may or may not be talking about.

I guess you'd never lay on the stage at the strippers with a dollar bill in your mouth, back when you used to be able to do that. I know I did many times, and I never got anything serious, from that.

I like to think I contributed to the game for the short time I was there.
No offense to you, but being alive without you was more fun than being dead with you.

I've been trying The End based out of Seattle. It's like x929 but with a bit more variety and no Mother Mother songs which is a win win for me.
And Spotify for when I'm at home.

I swear by The Current (Minnesota Public Radio):

X929 could have been something, but I think it is actually worse than CJAY 92 now. Not alternative at all.

CJSW can be great, depending on the show:

Cigarette clinches RGMG.
Was in the ctrain and some chick who had a fresh clinch boarded and stunk the whole car up. Even as a smoker I couldn't stand the smell of a clinch and never understood why people put themselves through that brand of a smell. As a non smoker, I enjoy the smell of smoke but clinches are ten times worse now.

Oh we totally did that back in the day. Didn't care if I caught anything with the pair stuck in my face. I mean really, who would?
