Really impressed with Ortio. Came within one bad bounce of a shutout. The guy's a sponge: one shot and the puck's either frozen, out of play, or deflected harmlessly to the corner.
Congrats to Granlund on his 1st NHL goal. Hopefully the first of many.
Nice to see 2 assists for Monahan. Scoring goals is great; scoring goals and making your linemates stronger is ever better
What 3rd jersey curse?

I can just see Kipper smiling right now with the way his countryman played in goal tonight. Is this the first time Calgary won in regulation period with their 3rd jersey? I guess the 3rd jersey is not really a bad luck... I think it was Reto Berra whenever they wear their 3rd jersey.
The game tonight reminds me of their energized game when Flames started playing some young guys late last season. Good game by Granlund, Knight, Reinhart, Monahan and Byron. Okay I might get in trouble here for saying Chris Butler is much improved since he started playing with Russell. He doesn't make a little mistakes lately and he's been feisty and always willing to step in. Paul Byron I am very impressed. He's been using his speed and he's always there to help out the defense. Loving the improvement of the young guys. Good win tonight, it sucks that Ortio lost the shutout bid on a flukey goal.

Hahaha. Hartley can't remember if it is Mikael/Markus Granlund.

It's got to be quite an achievement to get even a point with their deflated roster.

Is it too soon to go full Turek on Ortio? 7 years, 46.45 million.

Very rough calculation but I got 26 years. Joey Mac at 34 weighs them down a bit

Monahan showing that when he plays with guys that can finish, the assists will come.

Great team effort tonight!
The Sens are a pissy, dirty team IMO. Lots of cheap shots from behind over minor things.

Aww c'mon guys. Let's not all post at once!
Sure belly dancing Spidey deserves a few as always, but there really are some nice posts (and gifs) here too!!
Sidenote: Flames win and win with those cursed jerseys!?!
Hudler probably thinks those those things still stink. I do too.
