Springs, here's a tip for you, though I doubt that you are interested.

If you are trying show that you must emphasis a word or an entire phrase there are ways to do it that won't grate on the eyes and make it look like you can't type that any reasonably adult reader will get the meaning of.

Exactly. If the customer asks for a blue pen, and you go to the storeroom clerk and ask for a blue pen, and the store room clerk gives you a black pen and you give the customer a black pen, then the store room clerk didn't make a mistake by giving you a black pen when you asked for a blue pen. Only a crazy person would think the store room clerk made an error.

If they work in the industry, and are good-looking - they're not single. At the restaurant I serve at, I think every lounge girl has a boyfriend, and about 90% of the girls who work the dining room are also in relationships. May as well go with the service over looks.
