Is that back to back games with pulled goalies or was Ramo pulled two games previous?

I feel for Berra, seems like a genuinely nice guy.
But this is a business and results are what's important here, not feelings.
edit - That said, Berra's nice and warmed up if it goes to a shootout now, though.

Ramo relieves Berra??? Don't think I've seen a goalie pulled while the game's tied (barring injury).

Glad to see Ramo start the third. Shows the Flames AREN'T tanking on purpose.

I hope not. There's nothing to gain by throwing him into this minefield. Let him play in the AHL and gain more confidence with a winner.

Powerplay Quarterback

flames have looked great. aside from completely forgetting there are opponents on the ice in their end during power plays and a real weak goal by berra its been good

Me too. Agreed that the 3rd goal was absolutely horrid and had no business going in, but woulda liked to see Berra finish it. Putting in a cold goalie seems pretty risky for a tie game

Can I also say, not sure what's up with Wideman but he seems to have forgotten he is a defenseman.

Nope, I think you're right. Pretty sure he was pulled in the Nashville game.

Ramo no rebound on the 2 on 1. That's what we need more of.

Disagree.
I'm in the minority, but I like our current tandem. I think both Ramo and Berra have an opportunity to grow as goaltenders. Keep in mind this is Berra's first year in NHL competition, and Ramo's first in many seasons.
Considering where they both started to where they are now... they have made great strides in growth

Watching Backlund go around Seabrook and then Bouma nearly do the same makes me glad that Seabrook didn't get gifted an Olympic spot due to being friends with Duncan Keith.

I know, I just want less rebounds leading to scrambles in our zone. That's when this team gives up most of its goals. The reason Berra does less well than Ramo these days is rebound control.
