I disagree.
Any team that has Kesler on it deserves the heartache of getting so close, but having the rug ripped out from under them at the very last moment.
So far, he's 2 for 2.

The Canucks' Richardson scored first to make it 1-0 midway through the second period. Later on, Lightning struck twice in twenty seconds to make it 2-1 Tampa Bay (Flilpula and Johnson with those goals). It was just 14 seconds after that the Canucks tied it 2-2 from Dalpe. The linesmen missed an icing call that led to that Canucks goal.
Kucherov scores with 2.6 seconds left in the period on the power play, 3-2 Tampa Bay.

Anyway. Yeah, this is silly. I'll stop.

This is the most annoying type of post on CP. Don't say it's silly and you'll stop after you post about it, getting the last word in.
If you want to get the last word in, fine, go for it. But don't finish the post off with some bull**it, claiming to be the bigger man. If you truly thought it was silly and truly were going to stop, you would have just not responded in the first place.
Huge pet peeve of mine on this forum.

Another comment about the jerseys, why can't teams where their coloured jerseys if they're far apart? The red and blue jerseys were awesome for today, I think it would be great if that could continue.

If the jerseys are going to be as sexy as those, I'm all in.

Calgary had an extra-warm chinook during the 1988 games... it was close to 20C I believe for most of one week. There was also a little controversy on the downhill skiing location (for the life of me I can't remember the name, too lazy to look it up) being infamously snow free during winter.

Nakiska?
Also nice to see the canucks getting exposed again tonight. They are just too aggressive on the puck and make ill-advised pinches. Skilled teams like the Lightning are quick enough to create odd-man rushes and bury them.

I remember the Ski Jumps being ungodly warm, and the glare was terrible for part of it.

If I remember correctly, Calgary asked for the games to be moved to a different month as they knew it Chinooks tended to be pretty prevalent at that point of the year, but the TV networks didn't allow it.

I think the place has some erratic weather, but it's generally really warm sub-tropical climate (I mean the place has palm trees).
Either way, my point was that Russia being known for it's winters, it's funny that they picked a warm resort town.
