Like seriousy, "delete thread" sure, I get it. But I love the idea that you have a stupid post in a 200 post thread, one of 100's of threads active at any given time and you think the mods are going to come along and find your post and delete it for you.

If they edited their post AND reported it, then it should be no problem to have it deleted!

It uber GMG when people water mark videos with their stupid handle on whatever video sharing site they are on. It is a video clearly made by a professionally company or network, yet they put a their ######ed "a 1337kiTTez1419 production" title card or water mark in front of a National Geographic video about physics, and the frikking Nat Geo water mark is in the bottom corner the whole time. I actually have seen these people get angry, if some re-uploads their re-uploaded video.
Do people actually think they have copyright on something they rip and upload? Do they feel they actually produced it? Are people really that stupid?

^^^ Also irritates me that jerks who upload copyrighted videos to YouTube and then put a non-skippable ad at the start. Earning money from someone else's copyrighted material. I want to spit on those guys. Then again, I'm lazy, which is why I'm watching copyrighted material on YouTube.

the HSBC bank building on Kensington road. Half a block of prime street scape in a walking district taken up with offices and a lunch room. How did that get approved?

Don't know if lazy or brilliant - kids holding a bottle drive at the bottle depot today.
Generosity aside, the whole point of giving away bottles is to avoid having to take the bottles to the depot. If I have already exerted 95% of the effort to take the bottles in, I am a bit reluctant to just give them away at that point.

No, that is not what the report a post feature is for. It is to report posts that break the rules. The only exception would be to have somebody modify a major post. A good example would be the snow parking ban thread. If the OP hasn't updated the title with the current ban status, somebody could report the post to ask that the thread title be altered.

When people trying too hard to be cool start a sentence with "guy" to address someone.
Condescending and arrogant. And you look like a tool.

Someone ordering nearly $50 worth of food out of the Tim's drive through. IMO, drive-through's are for a quick hit and run sort of thing. You want to order for the entire office, you go inside, you don't hold up the entire damn drive-through lineup for 15 minutes while they work up your beast of an order.

How about people who pay in cash at the self checkout? And just when you think they have finally finished feeding bills into the machine, they start rifling through their purse/pockets for coins so that they can pay with exact change.

Ignorant people at the movie theatre GMG. Went to see The Wolf of Wall Street (great movie btw) and the theatre was quite full. The first four seats in my row, starting from the isle, were taken, with my seat being the 4th from the isle. Next to me was an empty seat, beside that was a couple sitting beside each other, followed by another empty seat. Two girls asked the couple sitting in the middle if they wouldn't mind moving over one seat so that they could have two empty seats together. The guy replies "No, I like to sit exactly in the middle of the theatre."

Guys in trucks who think tbat the rules of the road and the rules of the parking lot dont apply to them.
The average pick up truck owner in this city has joined "oriental woman" & "BMW owner" as the go to answer for when somebody is being a ###### behind the wheel. Stop it guys, we shouldnt have to suffer because you chose to own a massive vehicle to get to and from your office job downtown.

Because the only people I know who refer to Asians as "orientals" are usually well over 65.

When someone parks their hummer no less in the middle of my driveway then gets upset when I call the City on them instead of knocking doors on every other house then my direct neighbours. Sorry "bro" you are 5 houses down - I barely want to be courteous enough to my neighbours no less the junk hoarder who lives 5 doors down from me that I could care 5 shats about.
I will say this for the City, when you say you need to go to the drugstore to pick up your medication but cannot because your driveway is blocked they send someone out within the hour.

My CC interest rate is 20%ish
A Savings account at any bank? You're lucky to get 2%.

They want you to do the knocking when they are the ones that parked in your driveway?
People really just park in random driveways?

If you are carrying credit card debt, you're doing it wrong.
