Wow, what a great game! So proud of this team.

Backlund, Byron, O'Brien (wait.. what?), cammalleri, hudler were just awesome.

Merry Xmas CP.

What a great win! Seemed like the dome knew it was going to happen! This was the best game of year at home! The whole crowd was super into it ! Super proud as a flames this season in year 1 of the rebuild! So happy we haven't really got stomped in any games (minus those games to Dallas and the embarrassing loss to the oilers a month ago)

Stellar win tonight. I was just so delighted as the third period progressed and the tenacity and will to win they showed tonight. So nice to see!

He wasn't. His solid red sock tape covers the black in the sock. He does it a lot. I noticed it a while back.

I was at a Christmas party and checked the score. 3:2 with a handful of minutes left. Pretty much game over. Couple minutes later my phone buzzes twice in a matter of seconds. I figured St. Louis scored an empty netter to wrap things up, so I didn't bother checking. Fast forward another handful of minutes later and it buzzes again, twice. "What is this scorcery?" I ponder to myself. "Someone probably got hurt again. Great..." Again I ignore the beckoning call of my phone. Wy wife wanders up a while later and asks me what time it is. I have no watch, so I pull out Ol' Time-Waster and see multiple NHL Gamecenter push notifications. I'm already here so I might as well check... Wait, WHAT?!? Calgary came back and won? My night just got oh, so much better.

I love you Calgary!

Hudler is tied in points with the Sedins, with less games played, and Giordano has 17 points in 19 games played.

Pretty awesome.

Blues broadcast of Giordano's goal. A heck of a lot better job that what SN does.

Check for yourself and compare.

Was at the game, and I hesitated to click on the Snet link at the voice cracking calls by Kerr as being at the game spared me from it. But I did, and sure enough....plus, Giordano's first period chance went off the post, not Halak like Kerr called.

And if you click on the Flames website and watch the Snet, the AUDIO IS OFF, yet again, as Kerr calls the goals before they go in on a couple, and is late on the call one of of them, so it seems like in syncs with the video. I still have my suspecion that they're delaying that half second so he's not always behind, but that's neither here nor there for this thread.

But further then the amateur pbp call on the goal, also, Darren Pang on the St. L broadcast provides far more insight/awareness on that last goal, on the replay, correctly giving credit to Cammalleri for the soft hands to fish it out of the skates off the draw to keep possession.

Now go watch the Snet analysis on the replay....Simmer was reduced to "well, they gain control, then they lose it....and then it ends up on Hudler's stick."

Whata great game by the flames and what a comeback win, you couldn't buy those the last few years.

Team continues to show some real heart, maybe Feaster didn't do such a bad job putting us on the right path after all (sorry couldn't resist for all you Burke lovers)
